Making A Purchase

Simply click on the "Add To Order " button for items you wish to purchase. You will then be asked to confirm the quantity and either amend, continue shopping or go directly to the checkout. You may cancel the procedure at any time. To see your order so far simply click on "View Order". After selecting "Checkout" you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to fulfil your order. We accept credit or debit card payments online, By post, we accept Postal Orders, International Money Orders or cheques (drawn on a UK bank) which must be cleared before despatch. Payments sent in any other currencies will be rejected and returned. If you are shopping from anywhere other than the United Kingdom, when placing an order online, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency at the current exchange rate. Delivery Schedule

As most product ranges are always available from stock, all orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours (Mon - Fri) - Excluding UK Holidays. We normally achieve same business day dispatch on all orders placed before 1.00 pm (13.00 GMT. Current UK local time is :- UK. In the unlikely event of a product not being available from stock, we will contact customer via e-mail, telephone or fax, detailing an amended delivery date, and offering the option to back order or cancel. Furthermore, We guarantee that your account or card will not be charged until your order is ready for despatch.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us in advance for a RMA (returns authorisation number) using any of the methods above or by sending an e-mail to:- returns@proline-sports.co.uk - quoting your full name and order or invoice reference number, together with a description of the reason for return. A returns address and RMA will then be issued within one business day.
