Patella Buttress Pad

A moveable horse-shoe shaped butress pad that can be placed inside the knee support pocket to provide extra cushioning and support to the patella is now included FREE of charge with our Mustang/Pinto/Colt/Padded Knee Support Brace range.

Manufactured from 10mm thickness highdensity soft memory foam, the butress pad provides good support to the patella when used in conjunction with the above range of knee support products.

To fit simply slide the pad into the pocket around the knee cap area to the desired position before wearing.

Inferior patella support, place the pad below the knee cap so it cups the underside of the knee.

Superior patella support, place the pad above the knee cap so it cups around the upper area of the knee cap.

Lateral patella support, place the pad so it is rotated 90 degrees to the knee cap with the lower part of the radius to the OUTSIDE of the knee.

Medial patella support, place the pad so it is rotated 90 degrees to the knee cap with the lower part of the radius to the INSIDE of the knee.
